Our solution features for Printing and industrial UV Curing

1.Extremely High Irradiance: The high-performance modules achieve light intensity exceeding 16-25 W/cm², meeting the instantaneous curing requirements of high-speed rotary printers (speeds up to 120-200 m/min).
2.Superior Thermal Management Design: Our aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic and thermoelectric separation copper substrate possesses extremely high thermal conductivity, rapidly dissipating heat generated by the chip.The modules can be equipped with a precise internal circulating water cooling channel and can be configured with thermistors to output over-temperature alarm signals, controlling the junction temperature within an ideal range to prevent light decay. Lifespan typically reaches 20,000-50,000 hours.
3.Precise Secondary Optical Design: Equipped with special quartz lenses or total internal reflection lenses, the divergence angle is controlled within an extremely small range, ensuring that light maintains extremely high focus even 5-50 mm away from the module, reducing energy loss.
Multi-Wavelength: To resolve the conflict between surface curing (short wavelength, such as 365nm) and deep curing (long wavelength, such as 395/405nm) of ink, our modules often adopt a mixed-wavelength layout to ensure that thick ink layers and opaque inks (such as white ink and black ink) are completely dried.
4.Compared to traditional mercury lamps: It features a cold light source with extremely low infrared radiation, making it suitable for various printing materials. It is environmentally friendly, producing no mercury or ozone. It requires virtually no maintenance. It starts up quickly, lighting up instantly.
5.High performance LED chips: 365-405nm. Nichia chips or other economical brands are optional.
6.Applications: UV inkjet industrial printers, 3D printers, label printers, screen printing machines, pad printing machines, glue curing, exposure machines and so on. Suitable for various printing materials such as glass, metal, sheets, leather, acrylic, labels, adhesive tape, resin, etc.
 
Our solution features for Medical UV Sterilization and Disinfection
1. Medical modules typically operate in the UVC band (200-280nm), while our high-performance modules are precisely locked between 260nm and 280nm, rapidly destroying the DNA and RNA genetic material of pathogens.
2. A high thermal conductivity, high deep UV reflectivity aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic substrate is used to prevent excessive junction temperature from causing light decay or wavelength drift.
3. A fully inorganic deep UV-specific package (such as a quartz glass lens with a gold-plated bracket) is used to ensure the module is not damaged by the high energy of UVC.
4. The power supply must provide an extremely stable constant current output, with fluctuations controlled within ±1%, ensuring a virus kill rate of over 99%.
5. The power supply integrates an interface to connect to a human infrared sensor (PIR) or a door magnetic switch. Once someone is detected entering the disinfection area, the power supply must cut off the output within milliseconds to prevent UV burns.

Nail machine
1. Dual-band mixing technology. We mix and arrange 365nm and 405nm wavelength LEDs on the same PCB. This ensures that all brands of gel polish dry completely without shrinkage.
2. Asymmetric optical array. Our modules are arranged in an arched or U-shape according to the physiological structure of the hand. The professionally designed LED placement eliminates blind spots for the thumb and sides of the nail.
3. Low heat generation and thermoelectric separation PCB. Using a high thermal conductivity aluminum substrate and optimized heat dissipation hole design, the operating temperature ensures it does not exceed 45°C-50°C, preventing burns.
4. High color rendering index/blue light protection. A small amount of visible light LEDs and specially encapsulated phosphors are added to avoid glaring deep blue or deep purple light, reducing eye fatigue for nail technicians.
 
Skin phototherapy machine
1.Extremely narrow peak wavelength control: High-performance modules are typically locked at 311-313nm. Narrow-band UVB maximizes treatment effectiveness while filtering out low-band UV rays that can cause skin erythema or burns.
2.Highly uniform array layout: To avoid skin hot spots.
3.Medical-grade thermal management : thermoelectrically separated copper substrates or aluminum nitride ceramic substrates to ensure a constant treatment wavelength.
4.Radiation-resistant materials: The PCB solder mask layer uses UV-resistant, high-reflectivity ceramic white ink or a physically deposited aluminum layer to prevent substrate aging and cracking under long-term exposure.
