I. Features and Advantages of NICHIA LED Chips

* Top-tier optical performance and extremely high color fidelity

* Leading full-spectrum design: Achieving an ultra-high color rendering index (CRI) of 99, the combination of blue LEDs and phosphor technology results in a spectrum close to natural light with almost no ultraviolet emission, naturally reproducing object colors. This makes them the preferred choice for museums, art galleries, and high-end commercial lighting.

* Wide color temperature and CRI coverage: The white series offers color temperatures ranging from 1800K to 6500K, with CRIs from Ra≥70 to Ra≥90 and R9≥80 available. The color series offers 5-10 color options, suitable for RGB mixing, stage lighting, and other scenarios.

High Luminous Flux Density: The Direct Mountable Chip series utilizes chip-level packaging, with the package size matching the emitting surface size. This achieves industry-leading luminous flux density within a limited space. Its small size, ranging from 1.1mm × 1.1mm to 2.1mm × 2.1mm, is ideal for compact luminaire development.

Packaging and Structural Design Advantages

Diverse Packaging Forms and Excellent Heat Dissipation: The 3030 packaged RGB LEDs feature a high heat dissipation design, improving LED lifespan and stability. The 3535 and 4036 series packages combine robustness with efficient heat dissipation, suitable for high-power applications.

Full-Chain Quality Control: From wafer manufacturing to finished product shipment, the entire process is self-controlled. The reliability of UV LEDs (covering UVC, UVB, and UVA) far exceeds the industry average. The 280nm UVC LEDs offer high sterilization efficiency, the 308nm UVB LEDs can replace traditional mercury lamps, and the UVA LEDs have been used in curing and testing for over 20 years.

**Strong Application Adaptability:** Wide power coverage: From the ultra-small 0.2W E11 series to the ultra-high power 149 (7070) series, meeting the needs of everything from micro-lighting to industrial-grade high-power lighting.

**Good Compatibility:** RGB LEDs support 24V DC input, dimming, and reverse voltage protection, compatible with mainstream driver circuits, suitable for commercial displays, stage lighting, interior decoration, and other scenarios.
